• Lotus's Gift Voucher can be used in place of equivalent cash value to buy merchandise at any Lotus's stores in Malaysia
• Lotus's vouchers is non-exchangeable nor refundable (ie not returnable for cash or new voucher).
• During the redemption of goods, if the value of the goods exceeds the amount stated in the voucher, the difference thereof should be paid by the bearer.
• If the value of the goods is less than the amount stated in the voucher, then the difference thereof shall not be refunded to the bearer.
• Lotus's voucher can be used together with cash (legal tender) or credit / debit card.
• Strictly no extension provided for Lotus's Gift Voucher.
• Each voucher is valid for one redemption/one transaction only and must be surrendered at time of purchase.
• Lotus's will not entertain any claims for defaced, damaged or lost vouchers.
• Lotus's Gift Voucher is not valid at the Food Court or any outlets not operated by Lotus's.
• Lotus's reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
