- E-Gift Card received will be valid for a minimum period of 3 months.
Usage and Redemption
- This Gift Card may only be used to purchase air tickets on the Batik Air website: www.batikair.com.my or the Batik Air Malaysia mobile App.
- This Gift Card can be used for one-time, single transaction & 1 passenger booking only and may only be applied towards the base fare of flight bookings.
- If the value of the base fare exceeds the available credit in the Gift Card, the difference can be made up with another payment method in Batik Air Malaysia website or App.
- If the value of the base fare is less than the available credit on the Gift Card the unused balance will be forfeited and is not refundable or reusable (the credit cannot be used to offset any taxes of the tickets).
Validity and Expiry
- Each Gift Card has a validity period indicated at the time of issuance and purchase.
- Strictly no extension of the validity period will be allowed and any credit left on the Gift Card after the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited and not redeemable for cash.
- This Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
Ownership and Risk
- The risk of loss, theft and unauthorised use of the Gift Card Promo Code lies on the purchaser upon delivery.
- Batik Air Malaysia is not responsible and will not replace or reimburse the value of this gift card if it is lost, stolen, damaged or if its validity period expires.
- The recipient of the gift card email with Promo Code will be treated as the owner of the gift card for all circumstances.
Liability
- Batik Air Malaysia shall not be liable for any claim, demand, loss, damage, expense or liability of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with unauthorised use of the Gift Card.
- Batik Air makes no warranties with respect to the Gift Card.

- Batik Air Malaysia reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any point in time without prior notice.

How to redeem
- Visit www.batikair.com.my or download Batik Air App from Google Play Store/Apple App Store.
- At the homepage, paste or key-in the Promo Code before doing your flight search.
- Continue with your search until at the Payment Page.
- At Payment Page, please select any Payment Method to pay the balance (if any), please confirm the balance amount before paying.
