This Online Redemption Programme is a collaboration between Boustead Petroleum Marketing Sdn Bhd (5783-T) (also known as “BHPetrol”) and Interbase Resources Sdn Bhd (465435-U) (also known as “Superbuy”) which allows eligible eCard members (“Member(s)”) to redeem ePoints for the item(s) featured in https://ecardrewards.bhpetrol.com.my

Participation in the ePoints Redemption Programme at https://ecardrewards.bhpetrol.com.my is is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility & Participation
    1. Only Member(s) with sufficient points are eligible to redeem the ePoints for the item(s).
    2. The Member(s) shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the logged in e-mail address and password and agree to accept the responsibility for all activities that occur under the Member(s)’s account or password whether or not authorized by the Member(s). The Member(s) shall immediately notify Superbuy’s customer service at 03-8090 5066 if it comes to the Member(s)’s knowledge that the e-mail address and/or password has been compromised or there has been any unauthorized use of the Member(s)’s account.
    3. BHPetrol shall not be liable for any damage(s) and or loss(es) of any kind suffered by the Member(s) as a result of the unauthorized use of the logged in e-mail address and/or password. BHPetrol reserves the right to refuse service, terminate and/or suspend the account(s), remove and or edit the content, and or cancel the orders at its sole and absolute discretion should the Member(s) breach any of the terms and conditions contained herein.
  2. Redemption of items @ https://ecardrewards.bhpetrol.com.my is
    1. The completed redemption order form shall submitted online by the Member(s) and once the redemption order is accepted, the order STRICTLY CANNOT be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged. All ePoints used in the redemption programme will not be reinstated.
    2. BHPetrol is entitled to deduct points from the Member(s)’s points balance under the following circumstances:
      1. Any points suspected to be fraudulently recorded; and/or
      2. Any points recorded in error; and/or
      3. Any points relating to a transaction which is cancelled; and/or
      4. In the event of any return or refund in respect of the transaction for which the points would have been awarded.
      5. BHPetrol reserves the right to deduct any such points as stated above without notifying the Member(s).
    3. All items are subject to availability. BHPetrol reserves the right to adjust the conversion rate of the redemption programme without prior notice to the Member(s) as well as replacing any items with another item of approximate or equivalent value without prior notice. BHPetroI reserves the right to refuse the redemption of any points for item (s), or recall the redeemed item(s) if BHPetroI has any reason to suspect the ePoints were fraudulently accumulated by the Member(s) or have been wrongly recorded.
    4. Payment for fast track method shall be made before item(s) are delivered via:
      1. Bank Transfer / Internet Banking;
      2. MasterCard and Visa Credit Card;
      3. Member(s)’s credit card will be charged only when the redemption is processed. If the payment is not made within 3 working days, the redemption transaction will be cancelled and the points will be reinstated to the Member(s)’s account.
    5. The total points published for item(s) redeemed by the Member(s) will be deducted from the Member(s)’s balance points. Any points which are not used by the Member(s) to redeem within 36 months after the end of the month in which the points were recorded will automatically expire and be deducted from Member(s)’s balance points.
  3. Fulfilment & Delivery Terms
    1. The Member(s) is required to provide a valid address in Malaysia for delivery of the item(s) to the authorized recipient. No change of address is allowed once the redemption order has been submitted.
    2. The timely delivery of the products shall be the sole responsibility of Superbuy and BHPetrol shall not be held liable for any delay in and or failure and or omission to deliver any items in accordance with the specific delivery time schedule as may be applicable to the items.
    3. Superbuy reserves the right to appoint a third party agent(s) and or vendors(s) to deliver the item(s) redeemed. For such purposes, information pertaining to the eCard such as name, delivery address and contact numbers will be furnished to the said parties for this redemption programme.
    4. To accept the item(s), the Member(s) or authorized representative is obliged to present satisfactory identification documentation, i.e identity card or passport to the delivery agent, failing which the agent has the right to refuse delivery and will return the item(s) to BHPetrol as unclaimed. Delivery of items will be made against the written acknowledgement or upon receipt of the item(s) by the occupants at the delivery address, and where such address is an office, by any office staff. Such acknowledgement shall be deemed to be the acknowledgement by the Member(s).
    5. The Member(s) are advised to examine all pick-ups or delivered item(s) upon receipt. If item received are damaged or defective in anyway, he/she is requested to contact Superbuy’s customer service within 2 working days from the date of receipt. Any disputes after the above mentioned 2 days shall not be entertained.
    6. All items delivered do not include installation costs. Any installation cost incurred shall be borne by the Member(s). BHPetrol does not generally impose separate delivery or courier charges but may impose appropriate delivery charges for the following reason: Delivery to East Malaysia including Sabah, Sarawak and postal address located at Free Trade Zone; Delivery to outside Malaysia; Re- delivery or items that have been returned under circumstances of incomplete address, P.O. Box addresses, non-Malaysian addresses, change of address, inability to locate the recipient of the items, or for any other unsuccessful delivery for any reason whatsoever; and/or Urgent delivery (less than 2 weeks process date).
    7. Once the redemption has been approved, item(s) will be shipped to the Member(s) as per the agreed timeline or not more than fourteen (14) working days. If the Member(s) does not receive the item(s) after 14 working days from the date of the redemption order, it will be the Member(s)’s responsibility to inform Superbuy on the non-receipt of the item. If no query is received by the eighteenth (18th) business day from the redemption order, the items redemption will be considered received and accepted in good order by the Member(s).
    8. To track an order, the Member(s) can access their online account and view the order status and tracking information. Once item(s) has/have been shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Member(s) with the tracking number to track the order via the carrier's tracking site.
    9. BHPetrol does not make any warranty or representation on any goods or services offered (including, without limitation, that they will be free from defects and/or fit for their purpose), and does not accept any liability in respect of any items.
    10. BHPetrol and/or Superbuy may operate a no-refund policy for their qualifying items or services, pursuant to which the Member(s) who has collected points for such qualifying items or services from Superbuy shall not be eligible for any refund for the relevant transaction.
  4. Personal Data Policy
    1. BHPetrol and eCard Loyalty Programme respects the privacy of the Member(s).
    2. The Member(s) shall ensure that all personal data provided is accurate at the point of submission and that BHPetrol is kept updated of any change in these personal data. By providing any personal data, the Member(s) acknowledge that they have read and understood BHPetrol’s Data Protection Notice (“Privacy Notice”) which has been made available to them or which may be have viewed at https://ecardrewards.bhpetrol.com.my is and the Member(s)’s consent to the processing of their personal data in the manner as set forth in the Privacy Notice.
  5. General
    1. BHPetroI assumes no responsibility for any loss of whatever nature resulting from the redemption of the programme.
    2. BHPetrol may vary or add to the terms and conditions contained herein from time to time. BHPetrol may also modify, suspend or terminate the eCard Loyalty Program or replace it with another program at any time. BHPetrol will notify any such change directly to the Member(s) at the Member(s)’s address or through public means.
    3. BHPetrol assumes no responsibility for any technical failure of system, self-service telephone system and mobile short-messaging-service system which may impede the Member(s)’s transaction.
    4. This eCard Loyalty Program Account is not transferable.
    5. Any dispute concerning goods or services received under the redemption programme with Superbuy shall be settled between the Member(s) and Superbuy. BHPetrol shall bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes or for the dispute itself.
  6. Goods and Services Tax
    1. Unless otherwise expressly stated in this document, all monies payable hereunder is inclusive of the goods and services tax that may be applicable under the Goods and Services Tax Act 2014, subsidiary legislations, statutory orders and regulations as may be amended from time to time.
  7. Governing Law
    1. The terms and conditions contained herein are governed by the laws of Malaysia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
  8. Copyright and Trademarks
    All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, are owned and/or licensed by BHPetrol and/or its content supplier and are protected by copyright, trademarks and other laws. The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of BHPetrol and is protected by copyright laws.
